Jif Debuts New Peanut Butter Made with Just 3 Ingredients

Jif is introducing a new, simplified peanut butter option with the launch of Jif Simply Unsweetened Creamy Peanut Butter Spread.

The new variety keeps the brand’s familiar creamy texture while cutting the ingredient list down to just three items.

The new spread is made with peanuts, salt, and palm oil, offering a streamlined ingredient list while still delivering the rich, roasted peanut flavor Jif is known for.

Each serving provides 8 grams of plant-based protein (8% DV).

Jif Simply Unsweetened Creamy is currently rolling out in 15-oz jars and is designed for peanut butter fans who want simpler ingredients without giving up a smooth texture and classic taste.

You can use the spread on toast, sandwiches, or rice cakes, as an ingredient in sauces, stir-fries, or stews or mixed into oatmeal, yogurt, or smoothies.

According to Jif’s parent company, The J.M. Smucker Co., the new line focuses on highlighting USA-farmed peanuts and the brand’s signature roasted peanut flavor.

Jif Simply Unsweetened Creamy Peanut Butter Spread is available now at Walmart. The company says distribution to additional national retailers is coming soon, along with more varieties in the Jif Simply line.
