Culver's is kicking off its fall 2026 menu with a new Fried Pickle Pub Burger, plus new Fresh Frozen Custard Flavors of the Day and the return of its seasonal pumpkin treats.
Available now through September 27, 2026, while supplies last, the new Fried Pickle Pub Burger features fresh, never-frozen beef, real cheddar cheese, crispy fried pickles, Brewpub Sauce, and a pretzel bun. Fried Pickles are also available as a side for a limited time.
The chain is also adding two new Flavors of the Day to its Fresh Frozen Custard lineup. Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie arrives on August 5 and features chocolate custard mixed with brownie pieces, REESE'S Peanut Butter, and fudge. OREO REESE'S Cheesecake follows on September 2 with vanilla custard, OREO Cookie Pieces, REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups, and cheesecake pieces.
Starting September 8, Culver's is bringing back its pumpkin lineup with the debut of the new Pumpkin S'mores Concrete Mixer. Returning favorites include the Pumpkin Spice Shake and the Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete Mixer, both made with pumpkin spice and Fresh Frozen Custard.
The Fried Pickle Pub Burger and Fried Pickles are available through September 27, while supplies last. The pumpkin desserts arrive September 8 for a limited time.
