Tim Hortons
brings back its annual Smile Cookie campaign in the U.S. from today, April 27 through May 3, 2026, with all proceeds going to local charities and community groups.

During the limited-time event, you can pick up a Smile Cookie for $2 (excluding tax), with the full amount donated. Each participating restaurant selects its own local organizations to support.

Smile Cookies are standard Chocolate Chunk Cookies topped with a hand-decorated smile made from blue and pink icing.

The campaign continues to be a recurring fundraiser for the brand. In 2025, U.S. guests raised over $340,000 through Smile Cookie sales. According to the company, the program has generated more than $108 million across the U.S. and Canada, since launching in 1996.
