Chipwich Rolls Out Two New Nut-Covered Ice Cream Sandwich Flavors

Chipwich is adding nuts to the outside of its ice cream cookie sandwiches for the first time with the launch of two new flavors, Vanilla Chocolate Almond and Brown Butter Pecan.

Both new sandwiches feature premium glazed nut pieces rolled around the edges.

According to IDFA research, nuts rank among the top five most popular ice cream toppings, but they have not typically been used on ice cream sandwiches until now.

Here’s what to expect from each flavor:

  • Vanilla Chocolate Almond: Double Chocolate Chip Cookies filled with premium vanilla ice cream, rolled in glazed almond pieces

  • Brown Butter Pecan: Brown Butter Cookies filled with premium sweet cream ice cream, rolled in glazed pecan pieces

Like the rest of the lineup, the new flavors are made with two signature wire-cut, homemade-style cookies and 12% butterfat ice cream.

The new nut-rolled Chipwich sandwiches are rolling out to grocery, drug, mass, club, and convenience stores nationwide.

Availability may vary by retailer.
