Cracker Barrel Brings Back the Ham Dinner and Adds Smoky Southern Salmon for Spring
Cracker Barrel has launched its limited-time spring menu, bringing back familiar favorites and adding a few seasonal items.
The menu is available now at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store locations nationwide.
Leading the lineup is the returning Ham Dinner. It comes with sugar-cured or country ham, a choice of classic sides like Dumplins, Hashbrown Casserole, Fried Cinnamon Apples, Macaroni & Cheese, or Mashed Potatoes, plus buttermilk biscuits or corn muffins.
Seafood is also part of the spring mix. Fried Catfish is back with two cornmeal-fried U.S. farm-raised fillets, hushpuppies, and sides.
Smoky Southern Salmon returns with a smokier seasoning and can be ordered as an entrée, paired with shrimp, or served on a salad.
Breakfast items are available all day. New additions include the Farmhouse Scramble with bacon, sugar ham, peppers, onions, Colby cheese, and a sweet and spicy maple drizzle, and the Garden Scramble with mushrooms, spinach, peppers, onions, and pepper jack cheese.
Strawberry Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes also return for a limited time.
On the sides and desserts front, Cracker Barrel adds new Hushpuppy Dippers as a shareable starter and brings back Carrot Cake.
The chain is also continuing its Meals for Two deal, available Monday through Friday, which includes two entrées and a shareable starter or dessert, with prices starting at $19.99.
The spring menu is available now for a limited time.
