Pizza City Fest Returns to L.A. LIVE With 40 of Southern California’s Top Pizzerias, April 25-26, 2026

The fourth annual Pizza City Fest will return to L.A. LIVE on April 25 and 26, taking place atop the Event Deck and featuring a wide range of pizzerias from across Southern California and beyond.

The two day festival will showcase 20 pizzerias each day, along with two dessert vendors, offering unlimited tastings to attendees.

Participating restaurants will represent a variety of styles including Neapolitan, Chicago tavern style, New York style, artisan, Grandma pie, Detroit style, New Haven apizza and L.A. style pizzas. All pizzas will be baked fresh on site.

Founded in 2022 by food reporter Steve Dolinsky, a three time Emmy Award winner and 13 time James Beard Award recipient, Pizza City Fest is held in Los Angeles, Chicago and Nashville.

Dolinsky curates a mix of returning vendors and new participants each year. The 2026 Los Angeles event includes 10 first time pizzerias.

Saturday’s lineup includes Angel City Pizza, Anna Pizza, Bub and Grandma’s Pizza, Emmy Squared, Esco’s New York Style Pizza, Fat Lip Pizza and Beer, Fat Nattys, Joe’s Pizza, Mievè, Mike’s Firestone Pizza, Mexiforno, Old Gold Tomato Pies, Riip Beer and Pizza, Slice House by Tony Gemignani, Thunderbolt Pizza, Tribute Pizza, Triple Beam Pizza, Truly Pizza, Wallflour Pizza and Woodstock Farina.

Desserts will be provided by Lei’d Cookies and Uli’s Gelato.

Panel discussions and demonstrations on April 25 include “The Dough Whisperers” at 2 p.m. featuring Nancy Silverton of Pizzeria Mozza and Osteria Mozza and Aaron Lindell of Quarter Sheets, moderated by Dolinsky. At 3 p.m., Thomas McNaughton and Ryan Pollnow of Flour + Water in San Francisco will present “The Pizza Principle: A Home Baker’s Masterclass,” moderated by Karen Palmer of SF Gate. Silverton will also sign books.

Sunday’s participating pizzerias include Apollonia’s Pizzeria, Bettina, Chi-Pie, Detroit Pizza Depot, Due Fiori, Little Dynamite, LaSorted’s, Nonna Mercato, Ospi, Ozzy’s Apizza, Naughty Pie Nature, Petramale Pizza, Pie Trap Pizza, PiiZaa, Pizzana, Prime Pizza, Prince St. Pizza, Secret Pizza, Speak Cheezy and Two Doughs. Desserts will be offered by Wanderlust Creamery and Levain Bakery.

Sunday’s programming features a 2 p.m. demonstration on backyard portable pizza ovens with Daniele Uditi of Pizzana, moderated by Luca Servodio of The L.A. Food Podcast and The L.A. Countdown.

At 3 p.m., “It’s Not the Water! NYC Pizza Exists in L.A.” will include Esteban Gutierrez of Esco’s New York Style Pizza, Sean Lango of Secret Pizza and Vito DeCandia of Angel City Pizza, moderated by Noah Galuten, author of “The Don’t Panic Pantry Cookbook.”

Culinary Careers Program will return as the festival’s charitable partner for 2026. The nonprofit provides culinary, job and life skills training to more than 25,000 underserved high school students and adults annually, and awards more than $2.5 million in higher education scholarships each year.

General admission tickets are $99 per day from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. VIP tickets are $199 per day and include one hour early entry beginning at noon, access to a VIP lounge, preferred seating at panels and demonstrations, and a festival gift bag.

Children ages 4 to 10 may attend for $59 per day with a paid adult admission. Groups of 10 or more qualify for discounted pricing.
