Lobsterfest Returns to Red Lobster with New Dishes and Fan Favorites

Red Lobster has brought back its annual Lobsterfest celebration, offering an expanded menu that blends new dishes with long-time guest favorites.

The event began on January 19 at participating Red Lobster locations across the US.

The seafood chain’s CEO, Damola Adamolekun, said the annual event has become something guests look forward to each year, bringing together classic lobster dishes and new creations on one menu.

This year’s lineup centers on flavor, innovation and indulgence across both food and cocktails.

New dishes joining the Lobsterfest menu include:

  • Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream – Guests can mix and match two or three lobster selections for a customized plate.

  • Lobster Pasta au Gratin – Maine and langostino lobster with pasta in a creamy cheese sauce, baked with mozzarella.

  • Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster – Crispy lobster tail coated in sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce.

  • Lobsterfest Duo – A returning classic featuring two grilled, split Maine lobster tails wrapped around scallops, paired with a roasted tail and two sides.

  • Lobsterfest Boil – A modern take on the seafood boil, combining lobster tails, shrimp, corn and potatoes in a shake-and-serve bag with customizable flavors and spice levels.

Other returning favorites such as Lobster & Shrimp Linguini, Surf & Turf, and Live Maine Lobster also make up the menu.

Lobsterfest is available for a limited period at participating Red Lobster locations nationwide. Customers can view the full menu and find nearby restaurants at www.redlobster.com.
