BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is introducing a new limited-time dessert in collaboration with Biscoff. The Biscoff Pizookie arrives on April 30, 2026, at participating locations.
The new Biscoff Pizookie features a freshly baked sugar cookie topped with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. It is finished with a cookie butter drizzle, Biscoff cookie crumbles, and a whole Biscoff cookie on top.
Also returning for a limited time on April 30 is the Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, which includes:
- Sugar cookie base with Ghirardelli chocolate chunks
- Vanilla bean ice cream
- A crackable chocolate shell
- Pistachio sauce
- Toasted kataifi
Both desserts will be available for a limited time as part of the chain’s Pizookie lineup.
