
California Pizza Kitchen is rolling out a limited-time menu update that brings five new entrées and four spritz cocktails to locations nationwide starting April 21, 2026.
The new dishes focus on a mix of comfort food and globally inspired flavors, with several items cooked in the brand’s hearth oven.
Here’s what you’ll find on the limited-time entrée lineup:

Hearth Oven Short Rib Lasagna
A single-layer lasagna with braised short rib, garlic cream sauce, and mozzarella, baked for crispy edges -
Hearth Oven Spinach, Artichoke & Mushroom Lasagna
A vegetarian version with spinach, artichokes, and mushrooms in the same garlic sauce and hearth-baked finish -
Filet Skewers with Chimichurri Duo
Grilled filet skewers served with both green and red chimichurri, plus onion rings and broccolini -
Peruvian Pan-Roasted Chicken
Crispy bone-in chicken breast with aji verde sauce, served with cilantro-lime-cumin rice and pickled red onions -
Cedar Plank Salmon over Thai Crispy Rice Salad
Cedar-planked salmon served over crispy jasmine rice with shiitake mushrooms, snap peas, basil, chili, and scallions
Alongside the food, the chain is adding four spritz cocktails made with La Marca Prosecco:
- Lavender Lemon Spritz with vodka, lavender, lemonade, and prosecco
- Blueberry Elderflower Spritz with blueberries, elderflower, lemonade, and prosecco
- Hugo Spritz with St-Germain, mint, lime, and prosecco
- Aperol Spritz with Aperol and orange
The new menu items are available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery at participating locations across the U.S. for a limited time.
