McDonald's to Expand McValue with New Under $3 Menu and $4 Breakfast Deal

McDonald's is updating its value platform with more low-priced options starting April 21, 2026. The changes expand the McValue Menu with new everyday items and additional meal deals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

New Under $3 Menu



The new Under $3 Menu will feature at least 10 items available throughout the day. You can mix and match items across breakfast and later hours at a set low price point.

Breakfast options under $3 include:

  • Sausage McMuffin

  • Sausage Biscuit

  • Sausage Burrito

  • Hash Browns

  • Medium McCafĂ© Premium Roast Coffee

Lunch and dinner options under $3 include:

  • McChicken

  • McDouble

  • 4-piece Chicken McNuggets

  • Small Fries

  • Medium soft drink

McDonald's also plans to offer limited-time discounts on select items from this menu throughout the year. The first offers include:

  • Sausage McMuffin for $1.50

  • McDouble for $2.50

New $4 Breakfast Meal Deal

A new breakfast combo joins the value lineup for $4. You can choose:

  • Sausage McMuffin or Sausage Biscuit

  • Hash Browns

  • Small McCafĂ© Premium Roast Coffee

Existing Meal Deals Continue

The current lunch and dinner meal deals remain available:

  • $5 McChicken Meal Deal

  • $6 McDouble Meal Deal

Each includes 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, small fries, and a small soft drink.
