Applebee’s Franchise Launches ‘Sizzlin’ with Gratitude’ Charity Deal

A regional Applebee's franchisee is launching a new campaign aimed at blending dining with charitable giving.

Potomac Family Dining Group has introduced “Sizzlin’ with Gratitude,” an initiative that donates $0.50 to Wounded Warrior Project for every Sizzlin’ dessert ordered at participating locations.

The campaign also encourages diners to contribute directly, allowing in-restaurant donations in $1 increments. Customers who donate $5 or more receive a $5-off coupon for a future visit, adding an incentive to participate.

Wounded Warrior Project supports injured veterans through services focused on mental health, physical wellness, and career development, as well as long-term recovery programs for service members and their families.

The franchisee, Potomac Family Dining Group, said the campaign aligns with Applebee’s longstanding “Doin’ Good in the Neighborhood” philosophy.

“Sizzlin’ with Gratitude” is available for a limited time at participating locations operated by the franchise group.
