Bojangles is bringing back its Big Bo Box with a patriotic makeover this summer to support military families and veterans.
Available now through July 26, the limited-time America 250-themed Big Bo Box will donate $1 from every purchase to Folds of Honor and the Veteran Golfers Association. Guests can also round up their orders at checkout to contribute additional funds.
The fundraiser continues Bojangles' ongoing support of military-focused charities. According to the chain, previous campaigns have raised more than $1.5 million for veterans and military families.
The limited-edition Big Bo Box is available with the chain's family meals, including 12-piece and 20-piece hand-breaded chicken meals served with Southern fixin's, made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits, and a half-gallon of Legendary Iced Tea.
Ken Reynolds, executive director of the Bojangles Foundation, said the campaign celebrates the nation's upcoming 250th anniversary while honoring veterans and military families through partnerships with Folds of Honor and the Veteran Golfers Association.
Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships for the spouses and children of fallen or disabled U.S. service members and first responders. The Veteran Golfers Association supports veterans and their families through golf programs that promote community and wellness.
The America 250 Big Bo Box fundraiser is available for a limited time at participating Bojangles restaurants through July 26. Family meals can be ordered in restaurants, at the drive-thru, through the Bojangles app, and from participating delivery services.
