The Scooped! All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival is returning to Esther Short Park in Vancouver, Washington, for its second year on July 18 and 19, 2026, with the second day falling on National Ice Cream Day.
Following its inaugural event in 2025, this year's festival promises more ice cream flavors, more vendors, and more entertainment. Admission includes unlimited samples from local and national ice cream brands, featuring classic flavors like vanilla and cookies & cream alongside dairy-free options and new creations.
In addition to all-you-can-eat ice cream, guests can enjoy live DJs, interactive activities, giant lawn games, live mural painting, and the returning Milkshake Throwdown competition. Food vendors will also be on hand with savory menu items.
The festival runs from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.
Tickets are available now through the festival's website using tiered pricing, with prices increasing closer to the event. Guests can also purchase a Fast Pass for expedited access to scoop stations. Children ages 5 and under receive free admission with a ticketed adult.
