The Pizza Cupcake Rebrands as Incredifulls, Adds New PB&J Cups

The Pizza Cupcake is changing its name to Incredifulls as the Shark Tank-featured brand expands beyond pizza with a broader lineup of frozen handheld snacks.

Along with the rebrand, Incredifulls is introducing new PB&J Cups this fall. The frozen handheld takes the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich and wraps it in the brand's signature brioche-sourdough crust.

The new product joins the company's existing lineup, which includes The Pizza Cupcake and Breakfast Cups. Breakfast Cups feature cage-free scrambled eggs, real cheddar cheese, cream cheese, everything seasoning, and 8 grams of protein per serving.

According to the company, all of its products use the same chef-crafted brioche-sourdough dough across the lineup.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Andrea Meggiato and Michelle Jimenez-Meggiato, the Brooklyn-based company first gained national attention after appearing on Shark Tank in 2021 with The Pizza Cupcake. Since then, the brand has expanded into national retail stores while growing its portfolio of frozen handheld foods.

Incredifulls says PB&J Cups will begin rolling out this fall.
