Chicken Shack is celebrating its 70th anniversary with a month of surprise offers for Rewards members.
Every Wednesday in August, the Michigan fried chicken chain will release a new anniversary deal through the Chicken Shack Rewards program. The brand says one of the offers will throw it back to 1956, the year the first Chicken Shack opened in Royal Oak, Michigan.
The chain says it has been making its signature fried chicken the same way since opening day in 1956, using the same cooking method and secret recipe that helped make it a local favorite.
The anniversary offers are exclusive to Chicken Shack Rewards members. Guests can sign up through the Chicken Shack app and should keep push notifications turned on to catch each weekly drop.
Founded in 1956, Chicken Shack now operates 26 locations across Michigan, serving fried chicken, chicken tenders, sandwiches, sides, and family meals.
