  • Fiesta Breakfast Bowl (Vegetarian)
Made with cage-free scrambled eggs, potato, spinach, cheese, red bell pepper, and salsa verde.

    • 15 grams of protein

Cinnamon Sugar Drinks Continue for Spring

The chain is also continuing its fan-favorite Cinnamon Sugar drink lineup for the season. The drinks feature real cinnamon and real caramel sauce.

Options in the lineup include the Cinnamon Sugar Nitro High Rise and an Iced Vanilla Latte topped with Cinnamon Sugar Cold Foam, among other beverages built around the cinnamon sugar flavor.

Amy’s Blend Returns Starting March 5

Caribou Coffee also brings back Amy’s Blend, its annual limited-time coffee created in honor of original roastmaster Amy Erickson. The blend was first introduced in 1995 and returns each year around International Women’s Day.

Amy’s Blend will be available starting March 5, 2026 in one-pound bags while supplies last at participating Caribou Coffee locations and online.

It comes in light roast, dark roast, and decaf varieties and features beans sourced from Guatemala, Costa Rica, Kenya, and Ethiopia.

  • Light Roast: bright melon acidity, silky body, and raw sugar sweetness

  • Dark Roast: sweet smoky notes, herbal acidity, milk body, and licorice sweetness

Caribou will donate $1 for every bag of Amy’s Blend sold to the International Women’s Coffee Alliance, up to $50,000.

The company will also donate 100 percent of proceeds from Amy’s Blend sales on March 28 and 29, with total donations capped at $50,000.

Spring Merchandise and Ordering

The spring rollout also includes new merchandise such as floral-inspired stainless steel tumblers, leak-resistant drinkware, a reversible Caribou dog bandana, and a squeaky “pup cup” plush toy.

Spring menu items and merchandise are available now at participating Caribou Coffee locations nationwide.

You can also order through the Caribou Coffee app and earn rewards through the Caribou Perks loyalty program.
