Dave's Hot Chicken Debuts Spicy Hot Mozz Starting at $2.99


Dave's Hot Chicken is adding a spicy twist to a classic appetizer with the launch of Dave’s Hot Mozz, available beginning March 10.

Hot Mozz features thick cut mozzarella that is breaded and fried until crispy on the outside and melty on the inside.

Each piece is dusted in your choice of the brand’s seven spice levels, ranging from Not Hot to Reaper. The result is a gooey cheese pull with the same heat options you get on Dave’s chicken.

Prices start at $2.99, and you can order Hot Mozz in several ways:

  • Single Hot Mozz à la carte

  • 3 Pieces with fries, pickles, bread, and Dave’s sauce

  • 5 Pieces with fries, pickles, bread, and Dave’s sauce

  • Slider with Hot Mozz

  • Slider Combo with Hot Mozz served with fries, pickles, bread, and Dave’s sauce

  • 3 Piece à la carte

  • 5 Piece à la carte

  • 20 Piece Hot Box

The new item builds on the brand’s focus on bold, shareable comfort food and expands its vegetarian friendly options. In 2024, Dave’s introduced Dave's Not Chicken, a fried cauliflower option offered as Sliders, Tenders, and Bites.

Hot Mozz can be paired with Dave’s house made sauces, added to a Slider, or ordered on its own if you just want a spicy, cheesy snack.
