Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Celebrates 85 Years with $3.99 Limited-Edition Big Yellow Cup and Free Drink Deal on March 12


Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is marking its 85th anniversary with the release of a new limited-edition Big Yellow Cup and a one-day drink promotion.

The commemorative cup celebrates the brand’s “Legit. Texas. Barbecue.” heritage and its signature bright yellow branding.

The new collectible Big Yellow Cup is available at participating Dickey’s locations for $3.99 throughout March and April 2026, while supplies last.

The chain also plans to release four more limited-edition commemorative cups later this year as part of the anniversary celebration.

To go along with the launch, Dickey’s is offering a free drink deal on Thursday, March 12, 2026 through its mobile app.

The deal is available all day from open to close at participating restaurants and applies to Classic sandwiches such as:

The new Smoked Ham & Cheddar sandwich features smoked ham topped with cheddar cheese sauce.

As part of the promotion, a portion of proceeds from every commemorative cup sold will go to The Dickey Foundation, which supports first responders across the U.S. with safety equipment, rescue gear, and protective resources.
