BJ’s Restaurant Launches New Wagyu Burger for National Burger Month

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is adding a new premium burger to the menu with the debut of the Wagyu Burger, arriving in time for spring and National Burger Month.

Priced starting at $19.99, the Wagyu Burger features a grilled beef patty made from a proprietary blend of Wagyu, brisket, and short rib. It comes topped with caramelized onions, Gruyère cheese, lettuce, and black garlic aioli on a brioche bun. The burger is served with a side of crispy fries.

The new item joins BJ’s existing burger lineup and sits at the higher end of the chain’s burger offerings. The brand continues to offer value options like the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal with an All-American Smash Burger and its $12.99 Loaded Burger Wednesdays promotion at select locations.

BJ’s says the Wagyu Burger adds a richer and more premium option if you are looking to upgrade your usual burger order. It also expands the menu alongside staples like deep dish pizza and the chain’s well-known Pizookie dessert.

The Wagyu Burger is now available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time as part of the seasonal push around burgers.
