
Caribou Coffee is bringing back its Campfire Mocha lineup for summer 2026 with a few new additions, including a shaken espresso drink and a marshmallow chocolate cold foam topper.
Available starting May 7 at participating locations nationwide, the seasonal menu centers around s’mores-inspired flavors featuring chocolate, marshmallow, and espresso.
New this year is the Campfire Mocha Espresso Shaker, which combines fresh espresso, marshmallow flavor, real chocolate, ice, and a splash of oatmilk for a lighter iced option.
Also joining the menu is Campfire Cold Foam, a chocolate marshmallow-flavored cold foam that can be added to any handcrafted beverage.
Returning favorites include:
- Campfire Mocha Caribou Cooler blended beverage
- Nitro Campfire Mocha with nitro cold brew and espresso whipped cream
Beyond beverages, the chain is also promoting its all-day breakfast and bakery lineup, including a chocolate croissant.
The summer launch also introduces Burundi Yandaro packaged coffee, a limited-time single-origin coffee sourced from Burundi’s Kayanza Province with tasting notes of nectarine, honey, and herbal sweetness.
Caribou says the seasonal menu arrives alongside a new Everyday Value Menu featuring drinks priced at $4 and under.
The summer menu is available in stores, at the drive-thru, and through the Caribou Coffee app for pickup and delivery.
