FDA Recall Issued for Better Weather Fix Elixir Supplements

XD Investments LLC has recalled hundreds of boxes of Better Weather Fix Elixir dietary supplements after FDA testing found undeclared kratom-related compounds that may pose serious health risks.

The Houston-based company announced a voluntary recall affecting approximately 448 boxes of Better Weather Fix Elixir products, including all flavors and variations.

According to the FDA, laboratory analysis identified undeclared Mitragynine and Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl in the supplements. The compounds are associated with kratom, a substance that can produce opioid-like effects.

The FDA warned that consumption may lead to nausea, vomiting, rapid heart rate, hallucinations, sedation, anxiety, respiratory suppression, addiction, and severe withdrawal symptoms. The agency said combining the substances with other drugs could increase the risk of severe or fatal health effects.

The recalled products were sold online through xdeor.com and maxensupplements.com between November 2025 and March 2026.

XD Investments said it discontinued sales and distribution of the products on April 1 and removed remaining inventory from the market. The company added that it has not received reports of adverse reactions connected to the recall.

Consumers are advised to stop using the products immediately and contact the company for refund information or additional assistance.
