Van Holten’s is expanding beyond pickles with the launch of new Pickled Eggs, marking the brand’s entry into the protein snack category.
The new product is now available nationwide on Amazon and will make its official debut later this month at the Sweets & Snacks Expo.
Available in Dill and Hot & Spicy varieties, the Pickled Eggs build on the company’s signature pickle-inspired flavor profile while adding a protein-focused option to its lineup of portable snacks.
According to the company, the product has already gained early traction through QuikTrip stores ahead of the national rollout.
“As the original Pickle-In-A-Pouch, we’re always looking for ways to push boundaries and bring new, exciting snacks to our fans,” said Steve Byrnes, president of Van Holten’s. “Pickled Eggs are a natural next step for us, and the early response has been incredible.”
Based in Waterloo, Wisconsin, Van Holten’s is best known for its Pickle-In-A-Pouch products and continues to expand its convenience-focused snack portfolio.
