Natural Grocers is helping shoppers save this summer with the return of its annual Summer Savings event, featuring discounts across the store, free samples, in-store games, and a chance for {N}power members to win a trip to Glacier National Park.
The three-day event runs July 16 through July 18, 2026, with savings on seasonal favorites, special promotions, and family-friendly activities at participating Natural Grocers locations nationwide.
During Summer Savings, shoppers can find deals on a variety of snacks, drinks, pantry staples, and other summer essentials, including:

The event kicks off Thursday, July 16, when the first 100 customers at each store will receive a mystery discount coupon. No purchase is required and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning, but coupons are available only while supplies last.
On Friday, July 17, shoppers can cool down with free beverage samples at their local Natural Grocers Hydration Station from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Stores will offer samples of Natural Grocers Brand refreshing beverages to help customers beat the summer heat.
The summer fun continues Saturday, July 18, with Natural Grocers' Splash Buddy Scavenger Hunt. Beginning at 11 a.m., shoppers can search their local store for one of 30 hand-sewn Splash Buddies hidden throughout each location. Ten winners will receive both a Splash Buddy and a Natural Grocers gift card valued up to $50.
For shoppers looking to save beyond the three-day event, {N}power members can access exclusive deals through July 30, including:
