Popsicle is letting fans settle the age-old debate over its classic flavors with a new summer promotion called Flavor Feud.
The campaign pits Cherry, Orange, and Grape Popsicle ice pops against each other, with fans voting for their favorite by buying products and supporting their team on social media. At the end of the promotion, the winning flavor earns bragging rights and could secure a permanent solo pack on store shelves.
To kick things off, Popsicle has recruited celebrity team captains, with Stassi Schroeder leading Team Cherry, Drew Afualo representing Team Orange, and Ashlee Simpson heading up Team Grape.
The promotion also marks the debut of Sugar Free Cherry Popsicle and Orange Popsicle in individual packs, available exclusively at Dollar Tree. Grape, which is currently only available in variety packs, is competing for a chance to earn its own standalone pack in the future.
Fans can pick up Cherry, Orange, and Grape variety packs at retailers nationwide before choosing a side. The Flavor Feud runs throughout the summer, with Popsicle tracking fan participation to determine which flavor comes out on top.
