Welch's is entering the frozen PB&J category with new Real PB&Js, available now at select Walmart stores nationwide.
Made with baked bread, creamy peanut butter, and Welch's fruit spreads, the frozen sandwiches are 50% larger than the leading national brand's 2-ounce frozen PB&J and pack 12 grams of protein per sandwich.
Real PB&Js come in three varieties: Concord Grape Jelly, Strawberry Jam, and Mixed Fruit, a new spread inspired by Welch's Fruit Snacks.
Each individually wrapped sandwich is made without artificial colors or high fructose corn syrup and provides a good source of fiber. The sandwiches are sold frozen in six-count boxes for a suggested price of $8.87.
The new frozen sandwiches are rolling out exclusively to select Walmart stores now, with a wider retail launch planned for 2027.
