Krispy Kreme Launches Artemis II Doughnut for 3 Days Only

Krispy Kreme
is marking the upcoming Artemis II mission with a short-run, space-themed doughnut available nationwide for a limited time.

The new Artemis II Doughnut will be offered from March 31 through April 2 at participating locations.

The doughnut starts with the chain’s Original Glazed base and adds a space-inspired design and toppings. It is dipped in blue vanilla-flavored icing, then topped with OREO cookie pieces and white nonpareils, finished with a cookies-and-creme flavored buttercream dollop, and a red chevron decoration inspired by the NASA logo.

Krispy Kreme is also offering an Artemis II Specialty Dozen, which includes:

  • 6 Artemis II Doughnuts

  • 6 Original Glazed Doughnuts

The timing lines up with Artemis II, which is planned as NASA’s first crewed mission of its Artemis program.

The flight is expected to send four astronauts on a roughly 10-day trip around the Moon to test systems on the Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft.

The doughnut will be available in-shop, for pickup, or delivery through Krispy Kreme’s app and website during the three-day window.

Krispy Kreme has tied previous limited-time items to space events, including launches and planetary missions, continuing that trend with this release tied to Artemis II.
