Papa Johns is bringing one of its most recognizable fan favorites out of the pizza box for the first time, launching a bottled Garlic Flavored Sauce inspired by its signature Special Garlic Dipping Sauce.
Long known as a must-have pairing with the chain’s pizzas, the creamy garlic sauce has built a devoted following over the years, with fans frequently requesting a version they can use at home. The new retail product is designed to capture that same buttery, garlicky flavor in a form that can be dipped, drizzled, or used in cooking.
“Our Special Garlic Dipping Sauce is one of the most iconic flavors in our brand, and our fans have a deep connection to it,” said Mark Gabrovic, Vice President of Culinary for Papa Johns. “Inspired by the flavors of our Special Garlic Dipping Sauce, this new Garlic Flavored Sauce delivers a rich, crave worthy garlic experience that’s best served warm and is ready to dip, drizzle, or cook with at home.”
The bottled sauce will roll out to select grocery and retail stores across the U.S. this summer, including Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Safeway, and H-E-B, with availability varying by location.
To support the launch, Papa Johns will also introduce recipe ideas showing how the sauce can be used beyond pizza night, from quick snacks to easy home meals.
