Pepper Lunch is giving its signature sizzling rice dish a smoky new flavor with the launch of limited-time Garlic Brisket Pepper Rice.
The new menu item features tender smoked brisket with garlic seasoning served over Pepper Lunch’s signature mix of premium rice, sweet corn, and green onions. Like the brand’s other Pepper Rice dishes, the meal arrives on a 500-degree patented iron plate, allowing guests to mix everything together tableside as the ingredients continue to sizzle.
Garlic Brisket Pepper Rice brings an American barbecue influence to Pepper Lunch’s Japanese-style teppan experience, with bite-sized brisket pieces that develop extra caramelization on the hot plate. Guests can also customize the dish with Pepper Lunch sauces and seasonings, including the brand’s popular Sweet Honey Brown Sauce.
The new offering builds on the success of Pepper Lunch’s original Beef Pepper Rice, a dish created in Japan more than 30 years ago that has become a signature item across the chain’s more than 570 locations worldwide.
Garlic Brisket Pepper Rice is available for a limited time at participating Pepper Lunch restaurants nationwide while supplies last.
